Agility and Speed Training: Cone drills, ladder drills, shuttle runs. Strength and Power: Bodyweight exercises, resistance training, circuit training. Squats, deadlifts, power cleans, bench presses, and plyometric exercises. Cardio and Endurance: Interval training, hill sprints, long-distance running. Flexibility and Mobility: Stretching routines, yoga, and dynamic warm-up, exercises focusing on balance and stability. Grappling-Specific Workouts: Partner drills, grappling drills, and agility exercises. Sprinting Workouts: Acceleration drills, block starts, interval sprints. Plyometrics: Jumping drills, bounding exercises, hurdle drills.
